Rights: "Not Wrongs"

promt:Human Rights v. Majority Rule

What are human rights how does one define right for a human? We define right base on what we have gone through and what the ones we love have gone through. We see human rights as what is good for us and our group but we also see majority right as what is good for the group.

In the world today when one says human rights they mean human rights through the eyes of the majority. So what happens when the majority and the minority clash? Well in other countries there is mass murder and violence toward the minority. While in the US we try to force the people out by being rude. For example if a waiter or waitress finds out that the people that he or she is gay the service may be poor because they will look to other tables first. We also get social decimations where the minority breaks or try to break away form the large group. We see this all through out history with churches and even the civil wars was base on this. Because the south said black had little to no human rights while the north said slave had some and should be treated as such. Now in this example the north had more free men than the south and right were held by free men. This clash brought about good change at the cost of war. Now we all have inalienable human rights but who sets this rights: me you or the majority. In most cases it is the majority. Why is that because if we all ways look at the few or the one then our great progress would stop. So the question comes up where do we as humans draw the line between human right and majority right. I believe the line is draw at death.

So in the end it really does not matter. What matters is that we can get along as a people but we can not because we like to feel better that those around us so we give them less “human” rights that ourselves.

Pass... Your concepts were good, but you should take some more time to organize them better. Minor grammatical errors, but overall good.

Pass: your examples were good; however, I think you should have related better to the topic. You had some errors within your grammer, which made it kind of hard to follow in some areas.
